At the LEC we will enjoy an afternoon of activities that have something for everyone. See what’s available
To say we love campfires is probably an understatement—they’re practically part of our DNA as camp and retreat leaders. So it only makes sense that while we’re gathered in totally-warm-enough-to-enjoy-being-outdoors-at-night Florida that we have a campfire each evening.
Actually, we’ll have campfires in two different locations each evening that’ll be hosted by one of the jurisdictions, the 2018 Immersion class, or the UMCRM Association Board. The hosts will care for tending the fire and providing 15 minutes worth of “formal” programming (sing-a-long, stories, or something equally awesome.) After which we can just sit back, relax, and enjoy one another’s company.
If you have room in your luggage or vehicle, you might consider packing a camp chair along with your favorite musical instrument.
