Description: Ghost Ranch Education and Retreat Center, Abiquiu, NM is seeking a new resident Executive Director to bring energy and a deep passion for carrying out our mission. The Executive Director is a highly visible, strong and inspiring leader to the guests and staff of Ghost Ranch. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
