The Executive Director (ED) of Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Association of Kansas (LOMAK) is responsible for the oversight of Camp Tomah Shinga, its administration, and growth of the ministry. The ED works in collaborative partnership with the Program Director and Board of Directors. The ED is responsible for partnerships and networks of support and working with donors for the sustainability and growth of LOMAK’s ministry.
