Job Description: Seeking full-time Food Service Director that enjoys working with fresh whole ingredients from local farms (including our own!) to create tasty made-from-scratch meals for campers and guests. Responsible for menu planning, inventory, food purchasing and preparation, kitchen staff hiring, training and supervision, maintaining health and cleaning standards, and overall quality of the food service. This is a year-round salaried position. May - August meals are mostly during the week Sept - April meals are mostly on the weekends.
