Seeking an entrepreneur who can take the lead with a newly-branded regional program model - Grace Outside - and grow summer and year-round camp and retreat experiences with new constituents, especially Millennial and Gen X families. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional camp experience and skills in leading summer camp programs with volunteer and paid staff. In addition to being based at one of the sites for the summer, the Program Director of Grace Outside will also develop and implement a strategic and marketing plan for year-round programming for three sites: Lake Michigan Family Campground, Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat and Lake Huron Retreat Center.
