The Director of Recruitment is responsible for overseeing recruitment activities for all Mountain T.O.P. programs, including Youth Summer Ministry, Adults In Ministry, Retreats, and Summer Staff. The Director of Recruitment will work closely with the Support Staff to lead the implementation and evaluation of the entire recruitment function and identify and adjust strategies and procedures to enhance recruitment results across all Mountain T.O.P. programs. Additionally, this position will lead the collaborative efforts with the Support Staff to create a cohesive recruitment strategic plan for all programs, integrating Mountain T.O.P. 's outcomes and providing for innovation as the markets change.

Salary Range/Compensation Package:  $45,000-50,000 plus benefits.
