Working effectively with the Director of Ministries, balances efforts among responsibilities including food service, facilities management, maintenance, and health and safety, in order to effectively serve the programs of the Desert Southwest Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, and those of other groups hosted at the site. Working under the supervision of the Executive Director carries out the policies, procedures and goals identified by the Board of Camping, Camp and Retreat Ministries; and the Annual Conference.
