Looking for a unique camp opportunity? This could be it! Lead camp experiences with a mission of service. Mountain T.O.P. is seeking an Executive Director to lead impactful mission experiences through summer camps (resident and day) and programs throughout the year. Campers and participants from across the US partner with the local community through MTOP’s programs to address sub-standard housing through hands on mission. MTOP’s mission is “through Christian community and faith-based relationships, we help meet the physical, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of all the people we encounter.” The successful candidate will be a proven leader ready to engage staff, campers, and volunteers in charting a path forward to increasing the impact of the ministry and creating strategies to build a sustainable future.
Salary/Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 plus benefits
