Loucon’s Program Director is the point person for camper experience. The successful candidate will manage 35 seasonal staffers, work closely with volunteer counselors, and oversee adventure elements, including high ropes, rappel, climbing, zipline, waterfront, and more. This role requires strong management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a team in pursuit of Loucon’s efforts to be God-centered, neighbor-driven, and growth-focused. The Program Director must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and implement organizational policies.
Salary Range/Compensation: $40,000-42,000 plus on site housing and meals during camp season.
