As a member of the Zephyr Point Internship Program, young adults ages 20+ are invited to join a spiritually-grounded, living-learning community where they can grow professionally, spiritually and interpersonally. Inspired by the mission of Zephyr Point, program participants will have the opportunity to experience God through education, exploration, and inspiration:

Education – As a member of the internship program, you will have the opportunity to develop and refine professional skills in a non-profit organization. With hands-on mentorship from the Zephyr Point year-round staff, you will have the chance to build an internship experience that is tailored to your professional goals and experience.

Exploration – Throughout the year, in addition to professional skill development, you will have ample time to focus on personal exploration and growth. As an added bonus, interns will have the chance to enjoy all the recreational opportunities the Tahoe Basin has to offer alongside other members of their cohort.

Inspiration – Encounter God in new ways along the shores of Lake Tahoe. Interns will participate in weekly small groups engaging in topics related to spiritual life and practice, environmental and social justice, and leadership. As a member of an intentional living community, interns will be able to develop deep and meaningful relationships with their neighbors.
