The Assistant Director is a full-time, year-round leadership position that is responsible for the overall program development, staff recruitment and training, congregational and camper engagement, volunteer development, and organizational planning. This position supports program excellence develops future ministry leaders, and strengthens relationships with congregations throughout the LOMIK ministry area. Success in this role is measured not only by operational effectiveness but also by the lasting spiritual impact on campers, staff, volunteers, congregations, and the broader church community.
Salary range/Compensation Package: 67,000-69,000/ insurance, retirement & 20 days paid vacation/year
