Intentional Leadership Groups
New ILGs are forming for Fall 2026!

UMCRM Intentional Leadership Groups (ILGs) offer fresh topics, inspiring leaders, and supportive communities designed to help Camp & Retreat Ministry leaders to grow professionally and personally. Groups will be shaped around shared job roles and affinity groups, creating even more meaningful space for leaders to connect with peers who truly understand their context and calling.

We’re especially grateful to Kaleidoscope, Inc., who will serve as our first-ever ILG season sponsor! Their support helps strengthen this growing network of leaders committed to learning, connection, and shared ministry.
