Upcoming 2026 Community Conversations
Community Is at the Heart of Community Conversations and We Are Reclaiming It
Community Conversations are getting a refresh in 2026, and we are excited to begin the year by returning to what made these gatherings meaningful in the first place: connection, shared wisdom, and learning from one another. Community Conversations will follow a new, more relational flow designed to spark deeper engagement and practical insight. Learn more about the refresh by watching this short video!

All are welcome. Bring your curiosity, your experience, and your voice.

February Conversations: Immigration Landscape

Our February Community Conversations will focus on the current immigration landscape and how camp and retreat leaders can be better prepared to welcome and care for Hispanic and immigrant families.

On February 11, Rev. Cruz Edwin Santos will help ground us in the realities facing Latino and immigrant communities, followed by an interactive conversation on February 25 led by Jack Shitama and Todd Bartlett focused on preparedness and navigating hard conversations with care. Together, these gatherings invite our camp/retreat community to reflect, learn, and strengthen practices of hospitality, trust, and faithful leadership. Mark your calendar today!
