Camp Wilmot is fortunate to have many returning staff year after year, many who have been campers with us. Our previous director teams have been former campers and staff members. However, this year we are in a time of transition where our directors are ready to hand on to the next directors but we don't have any current staff members ready to step in to that role. So we are looking for a Camp Director and Program Director who would be able to carry on the great work that has been started by our previous directors. Our Camp Director would be responsible for the hiring, day to day management of the site, ACA paperwork, compliance with state guidelines and working alongside the BOD. The Program Director would be responsible for working alongside the Camp Director in the hiring and also for planning and delivering the daily summer camp programs. They would also be responsible for the relevant areas of ACA. Our previous directors are very willing to support the transition and to help make the change as smooth as possible. We also have an active Board and a core of summer staff who are keen to help. Salary range/Compensation Package: Depends on experience - around $700/week
