Rockfish Camp & Retreat Center in Parkton, North Carolina, is seeking a Director to serve as a vibrant and connectional leader of the ministry. Rockfish provides summer camp (day and resident,) year-round retreats for youth, families and adults and outdoor education. The growth trajectory is trending upwards with much potential to grow. Rockfish is situated on 486 acres with capacity for growth for all program areas. There are traditional cabins and tenting opportunities for housing, in addition to the Bergland Adult Retreat Center which is a hotel-style accommodation for retreatants. The potential for expanding Rockfish as a place where fun is experienced, faith is developed, and friendships are created is immense. The surrounding communities are widely diverse and rich with opportunity to welcome many to camp.
Salary range/Compensation Package: $60k-$75k. Salary will be commensurate with experience and expertise. Benefits include major medical health insurance including dental & vision, life insurance and AD&D, a retirement plan, generous PT0, housing and meal benefits.
