Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center is seeking a hospitable, organized, and mission-driven leader to serve as our Director of Group Experience. This position ensures an exceptional guest experience for all retreat and conference groups by coordinating logistics, managing hospitality staff and volunteers, and working closely with food service, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of guest group hospitality and logistics
  • Supervise and support hospitality interns and volunteers
  • Communicate with groups before and during their stay
  • Oversee supply inventory, AV/tech needs, and vendor coordination
  • Serve as on-site host and weekend point of contact
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance guest services

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in hospitality, event coordination, or nonprofit operations
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Passion for service, sustainability, and Ferncliff’s mission
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
  • Weekend availability and ability to relocate to Little Rock

Salary Range/Compensation Package:   $40,000-50,000.
