The Center Director is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of an expanding range of Camp & Retreat Ministry experiences, programs and services that serve current guests and participants, while creatively forging new relationships and opportunities with communities, groups, and persons not currently served. Some aspects of this role include leadership recruitment, training, supervision, facility management, program development, safety and policy implementation, hospitality services, masterplan implementation, etc.
