Founded in 1949, Camp Mitchell seeks to restore all people to unity with God and each other through work, worship, and play. Today, Camp Mitchell is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas. Camp Mitchell hosts group events, large and small retreats, family gatherings, weddings, and a summer camp which takes place from June through August. Camp Mitchell serves children, youth, adults, families, and congregations by providing welcoming and ecumenical year-round opportunities to gather for spiritual and baptismal formation, fellowship, study, reflection, and renewal, and, by virtue of the Great Commission, sending out all who gather enriched and excited about sharing God’s love. The Executive Director is a leader of Camp Mitchell’s staff, a manager of Camp Mitchell’s facilities, and attentive to the needs of all of Camp Mitchell’s clientele. The Executive Director leads the staff, serves the clients, reports to the Board, and is responsible for all aspects of the operation of Camp Michell and oversees the property within the boundaries of Camp Mitchell. Salary Range/Compensation Package:  All benefits are negotiable commensurate with experience. $60,000 – $70,000 salary Pension Health insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance On-site housing available, but not required
