Camp Tekoa is seeking a focused and detailed individual to serve as its Finance Manager. Camp Tekoa is large camping ministry in western NC that focuses on summer camp, afterschool, and year-round retreat programming experiences. The Finance Manager serves as a vital piece of the Tekoa ministry. Their primary function is to support the work of Camp Tekoa with a focus on detailed internal accounting practices, faithful stewardship and financial leadership. The Finance Manager works in relationship with the Executive Director, Camp Tekoa Board of Trustees, and other year-round employees to manage the details of this large and growing ministry. Their work supports the staff, campers, parents, alumni, retreat leaders, and participants to fulfill the mission and achieve ministry objectives. The Finance Manager reports to the Executive Director. This position is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
