Seeking an outgoing, people-loving, strong communicator to be a vital member of our ministry team! Ideal candidate will be a connector and relationship-sustainer, creative, hard-working, service-oriented, and have previous camp / hospitality experience. Working as part of a team, the guest services coordinator will work with our retreat groups to ensure a successful event for the group and for Johnsonburg. Responsibilities include coordinating all details with groups and the various departments at Johnsonburg then hosting the groups when they are onsite. This position may also assist other departments. Johnsonburg offers year-round faith-based programming for children, youth and adults through summer camp, retreats, day events, a 9-month intentional community and a nature preschool. Welcoming all people, Johnsonburg is one hour west of NYC with great access to the metropolitan area.
Salary/Compensation: Benefits include Salary of 30-35K, medical insurance, pension (PCUSA), rustic housing available, 2 weeks vacation, plus multiple holidays.
