The Head Cook is responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations in the camp kitchen for both summer camp and retreat groups. Responsibilities include menu planning, placing food orders, food preparation, inventory management, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, accommodate special dietary needs, and assist with special events.

Salary Range/Compensation Package:   $13/hour; paid time off; and retirement contribution.
