Overlook Retreat and Camp Ministries is seeking our next Program Director (FT/PT). This position is focused on supporting the camp’s mission through creative program development and ministry leadership. The Program Director will engage in and oversee administrative duties, programming, staffing, risk management, and public relations to ensure high quality experiences for all visitors year-round. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role is integral to fulfilling the camp’s objectives and enhancing its impact. Overlook provides the option for on-site housing as well as Paid Time Off, and other benefits including meals when groups are on-site receiving meal service.
