Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat, a ministry of Michigan Area United Methodist Camping (MAUMC) and branded as Grace Outside, seeks a full-time, year-round Site Director (individual or couple) to provide hands-on leadership for our family camp and retreat center. Live where you serve and serve where you live. Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat offers a unique opportunity to combine ministry, hospitality, and hands-on leadership in a beautiful outdoor setting for families and retreats. The Site Director is responsible for the overall operation, hospitality, facilities care, financial/programming support, administration, and ministry presence at Wesley Woods. This role is ideal for a person or couple with a flexible, servant-hearted approach who enjoys both leading and doing, and who thrives in a faith-based outdoor ministry setting. The Site Director will work collaboratively with other Site Directors from MAUMC centers including the Director of Finance/HR. All Directors report to the MAUMC Board of Directors.
Salary range/Compensation Package: $43,000-$50,000 This position includes onsite housing, a health benefits package and participation in a retirement plan.
