This summer, an intrepid summer camp staffer traversed the United States through the UMCRM Summer Staff Exchange Program. Dow Ritter learned firsthand how United Methodist camps and their leaders are wildly different while at the same time sharing deep values and common themes. Dow kept an epic journal of his adventures, which we'll be sharing over the next couple of weeks, highlighting key "takeaway" themes meant to educate and inspire fellow camp leaders.
