This position is a year-long, live-in internship for someone age 21 and up with at least 4 years of riding experience who is interested in gaining more experience in teaching riding skills, developing camps and programs for riding horses, and managing a herd. The position comes with a monthly stipend, paid time off, a private room in shared housing, and many meals.
Salary range/Compensation Package: $1500/month stipend, housing, utilities, many meals, and paid time off.
