Glen Lake Camp & Retreat Center is seeking a dynamic, faith-driven Executive Director to lead our next season of growth. Nestled along the Paluxy River in Glen Rose, Texas, Glen Lake exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world — and this role is central to that calling. We are looking for a leader who is as comfortable casting vision with a major donor as they are walking the grounds with the Facilities Director; someone with the managerial depth to run a complex, multi-department ministry and the fundraising instinct to fuel bold, big-vision capital projects.
Salary Range/Compensation Package: 70,000 + housing + benefits
