Job Description: Program Specialist for Retreats Reports to: Director Statement of Job: The program specialist will work independently and cooperatively with members of our full time program team to help deliver the programming of Don Lee Camp & Retreat Center, including retreats and summer camps. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a career or taking the next step in retreat and camping ministry. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree with preference given to recreation, religious education, or similar courses. Experience in church ministry, religious education, children or youth ministry or camp and retreat ministry a plus. A willingness to be involved in the year-round ministry of Camp Don Lee, a 501 (c) (3), affiliated by faith with the United Methodist Church.
Salary Range/Compensation Package: 38,000-43,000, Eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance and 403(b) retirement.
