Virtual exhibitors will be featured in a dedicated section of the event app directory where they can share their website, social media links, contact information, marketing materials, videos, and other resources with conference attendees. This option offers a meaningful way to remain connected with the UMCRM community from afar, and we also invite you to explore the sponsorship opportunities below as additional ways to support and engage with the Gathering.
ADD-ON: During registration all exhibitors will have the opportunity to renew or join as a UMCRM’s Business Affiliate for the 2027 calendar year. Business Affiliate membership includes:
Stay connected with the UMCRM community beyond the National Gathering with a Business Affiliate Membership!
The Exhibit Hall will be held on Wednesday, January 27th from 11:30am to 6:00pm. This includes 2.5 unopposed Exhibit Hall hours and a possible snack reception. We will have 41 booths in three rooms: 18 in the Echo Peak Meeting Room, 10 in the Talking Mountain Meeting Room, and 13 in the Inspiration Point Meeting Room. As you will see on the Exhibit Hall diagram, two of the rooms are adjacent to one another and connected by a covered walkway. The third room is just a short covered walk to the next building.
The 2027 UMCRM National Gathering is intentionally designed to foster meaningful conversation, relationship-building, and collaboration among camp and retreat ministry leaders from across the country. While the Exhibit Hall will remain a smaller and more relational environment than many large trade shows, exhibitors consistently find that the Gathering creates valuable opportunities for authentic connection with decision-makers, ministry leaders, and trusted partners throughout the event.

In addition, each booth registration includes:

At UMCRM, we believe the Exhibit Hall is more than a place to exchange business cards. It is a place where meaningful relationships begin. To encourage participants to engage with the organizations and companies that support camp and retreat ministry, we will feature a Partner Connection Challenge during Exhibit Hall hours.
Participants will be invited to visit designated partner booths, have conversations with exhibitors, and collect punches on their challenge card. Those who complete the card will be entered into a prize drawing later in the conference. The goal is to create opportunities for authentic connection between ministry leaders and the organizations that serve them.
The National Gathering schedule has also been intentionally designed to support exhibitor engagement. We've limited Wednesday afternoon workshops to avoid conflicts with Exhibit Hall hours, giving participants more time to explore, connect, and learn from our exhibiting partners. If sponsored, a snack reception will also be held in the Exhibit Hall, creating an additional opportunity for participants and exhibitors to gather in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Participation in the Partner Connection Challenge is optional for exhibitors. Organizations that choose to donate a prize valued at $25 or more will be included on the challenge card and receive additional opportunities to connect with participants. Together, the Partner Connection Challenge, intentional scheduling, and exhibit hall hospitality help create a vibrant environment where exhibitors and participants can build relationships that extend well beyond the National Gathering.
Whether or not you're joining the event in person, your company or organization is invited to sponsor parts of the program. These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so register as soon as possible (we are unable to reserve them without payment). All sponsorships will be acknowledged with signage during the event. An acknowledgement will also appear in the conference app.
If you'd like to be a sponsor but aren't participating in the Exhibit Hall or as a Virtual Exhibitor, please reach out to Jessica directly to explore options.
