Assistant Director - Lazy F Camp and Retreat Center - Ellensbrug, Washington

Come out to the gorgeous Pacific Northwest for your next camp adventure! Lazy F Camp and Retreat Center is looking for an Assistant Director to continue growth with our Christian summer camp and year round programs. We are looking for a creative person with good communication skills and supervision experience to continue to grow our overnight, day, and family camps. The successful candidate will be able to connect with parents, attract new campers, relate well to our camp counselor staff, and implement a creative, fun, engaging faith forming summer program. Ideally, they will be a self starter, be able to work independently, and be an entrepreneur. Lazy F Camp and Retreat Center is situated in a dramatic canyon in the eastern foothills of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Washington State - two hours from Seattle and within driving distance from all of the population centers in our state. With the long term support of many friends of the camp, we are currently completing a $1.2 million project to renovate one of our most important buildings to provide improved meeting spaces, a camp store, and staff/guest lounge.
