Indiana Conference of the United Methodist Church Impact 2818 Outdoor Ministries Camp Manager Position
Summary: The Camp Manager for Camp Indicoso provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for camp programs, site operations, and property stewardship in support of the mission of Impact 2818. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and mission-centered camp and retreat experiences, with program priorities and participant outcomes guiding decisions related to facilities, grounds, schedules, staffing, and resource allocation. The Camp Manager is responsible for strengthening camper engagement and advancing outcomes in faith formation, education, and character development by designing, coordinating, and evaluating programs, curricula, activities, and schedules. In partnership with staff, volunteers, churches, and community stakeholders, the Camp Manager ensures that property, maintenance, and operational decisions consistently support the goals of the camp, retreat ministry, and mission of Impact 2818.
Salary range/Compensation Package: $50-58K + Benefits
