Impact 2818 Outdoor Ministries is seeking a strategic, relationship-centered Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to lead our system-wide advancement team. This executive role oversees campaign strategy, donor development, communications, donor data, and regional outreach to support our long-term ministry goals and the Impact 2818 capital campaign.
About the Role: The CAO provides executive leadership for all advancement functions, ensuring cohesive campaign messaging, strong donor pipelines, and effective regional engagement. This role drives annual, major, planned, and leadership giving strategies; supervises key advancement staff; and partners closely with consultants, camp program and operations, and ministry leaders to expand philanthropic capacity and strengthen long-term sustainability.
Salary range/Compensation Package: $80-95K + benefits
