Intentional Leadership Groups (ILGs) are online cohorts for camp and retreat leaders; an opportunity to grow personally and professionally in community with others who share your interests. Each group typically meets once a month and focuses on a specific topic area. New offerings this season include Creation Justice, Summer Staffing Strategies, Family & Ministry Balance, and weekly Disciple Bible Study groups, but there are 9 unique topics to choose from, so check out the whole list!
