The Executive Director shall have responsibility for the implementation and evaluation of the extended ministries within the guidelines established by the Camp Board of Directors and will provide leadership for operations, promotion and fundraising. This position will ensure the creation, development and ongoing effectiveness of all programs and activities as well as the long-term financial viability of camp. All functions and activities will be performed within the stated mission and core values of Camp Hebron. Mission: To cultivate a sanctuary where people connect with God, nature and each other. Salary range/Compensation Package: $70-100,000 Housing Provided, Retirement, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance
